going braless with big boobs

going braless with big boobs

When I was a pre-teen, I was so excited to get my first training bra that I had my mom take me to Gap to get one well before I actually needed to wear anything up there. Now, as a long-time DD-er, not a lot of things can top the feeling of taking a bra off at the end of the day (except maybe not wearing one at all).

It's Summer. It's v hot. When I'm getting dressed in the morning for 80+ degree weather, the first thing that goes through my head when deciding what to wear is 'hmmm, what can I wear that doesn't require a bra but also won't make me self-conscious?' Every woman who wears bras can understand why this is a thing, but my fellow big boobed gals rly know what's up.

Women with smaller boobs can more often "get away with" not wearing bras and can wear all kinds of necklines and unlined tops/jumpers/dresses that us big boob gals couldn't gracefully pull off. I still wanted to #freethenipple so I set out on a mission to find styles that C cups and up can wear without the annoying discomfort of having to wear a bra.

Off the shoulders are tricky because they're often unlined and somewhat see through. The best way to pull off this style is to find off the shoulders with a flap over the boob area, so it helps cover the nip and hides any bounceage that might otherwise make you uncomfortable.

Most tops/dresses/jumpers with adjustable straps make freeing the nipple painless. Just tighten that BB up and your BBs will be pulled up and secured.

Put a t-shirt under it! Find a nice-fitting tee and then layer your fav dress, romper, or jumper over it for a stylish and trendy way to pull off no bra. (Skip the leather jacket in NYC Summer tho)
